Industrial Parts Online - Shipping Policy

We currently only offer UPS Ground shipping within the United States (excluding AK and HI).  We require 3-5 days for order processing before your item will ship.  We carry products from various manufacturers and often ship products from affiliate warehouses.  Due to our wide range of products we do not always ship from our office location (Katy, TX).  UPS Ground shipments can take anywhere from 1-8 days to arrive at the destination.  We can not control delays that are due to weather or natural disasters.  If you need additional information related to our shipping options please contact us.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. You will receive an email sent to the address on your order with the updated tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. 

Returns Policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days of receiving your order.

We offer returns on all of our products except special order items.  Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.  We require written notification within 3 days of receipt of an order detailing your intent to return.  You are allowed 10 days to send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging.  We are dedicated to customer satisfaction so if there is any circumstance that requires special attention please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you in getting your case resolved to your satisfaction.  The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs related to any returns or exchanges.  All returns must be approved by our RMA department prior to shipment.  After notifying us of your intent to return your merchandice we will contact you to discuss your case and if the return is approved you will receive an RMA number.  You must include a copy of the original order including the RMA number that you received when returning your item.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.  If you have any questions about an item please contact us prior to placing an order so that we can verify that the product is appropriate for your application.
